Business Consultant

Job Description:

INNYX MC is in search of an energetic individual to join our growing firm as a Junior Consultant. Candidates should have some experience in business startup and general business administration across multiple disciplines. Strong writing, communication, research and organization skills are necessary for this position.

​

The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and jump in to provide support wherever needed. This is an entry-level position.

​

Main Responsibilities:

  • Help coordinate relationships with clients, collaborators, and stakeholders from various sectors

  • Prepare briefing materials for senior executives for meetings, events and field visits (domestic and international)

  • Draft, edit and prepare reports, issue briefs, and other client materials and presentations; synthesize information and craft clear recommendations

  • Conduct desk research and stakeholder interviews to inform clients’ direction

  • Stay abreast of trends relevant to our clients’ interests in global and regional markets.

  • Perform media and issues monitoring, reporting and management

  • Help support efficient functioning of a multi-disciplinary team (general account management, including tracking program progress, arranging meetings, drafting agendas, etc.)

Preferred Qualities/Skills:

  • Creative, organized, flexible; ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team setting to respond effectively to client needs

  • Exceptional writing and research skills, including ability to understand technical literature, interpret data and present information in a clear, compelling and easy-to-understand way

  • Strong analytical (qualitative and quantitative) skills

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an accredited college or university (required)

  • We welcome fresh graduates with strong profiles but prefer candidates with 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the management consultation sector (preferred)

  • Experience working in a consulting environment or with the various business sectors (preferred)

  • Work experience in GCC Region or Qatar Specifically (preferred)

Sales and Marketing Officer

Position Available

Job Description:

Sales and Marketing Officer responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. They liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients.

Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to head of a unit/department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers

  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Forecast and track key account metrics

  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

  • Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis

  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our services

  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships

  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity

  • Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology

  • Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes

  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines

  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, adobe creative suite, Google Ads and Facebook Ad manager and help desk support software
